We accept applications for highly dependable, mature, and reliable Caregivers who love to care for the elderly and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors! Our Caregivers provide in-home support and home management services to our clients, which include seniors and others requiring a little extra assistance in their day to day lives. The Caregiver provides companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and minimum guidance for a safe, protected, clean, and orderly environment.
The Caregiver applicant has a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience caring for seniors and/or the disabled is preferred by not required. Candidates will undergo a background check, provide professional references, submit fingerprints, complete a Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test and have reliable, insured transportation. Applicants must be bondable, agree to random drug and alcohol testing, and will pass the required training and orientation program. Comfort Keepers - Carmel #991 complies with all licensing and registration requirements as outlined by the State of California. All candidates will register with the State of CA Registry, as required by law.
